At Eclipse Catering, we work with you to create the perfect Banquet, Lunch and Dinner menus for you and your guests. Whatever ideas you have for your menu let us know and we will bring them to life. Take a look at the different items you can choose for your menus.

Pork Dishes

Poultry dishes

  • Chicken breast filled with asparagus wrapped in Parma ham, Lyonnaise potatoes, French beans and baby carrots
  • Coq au Vin. Marinated and cooked in a rich Burgundy with bacon, mushrooms and shallots, Dauphinoise potatoes, broccoli florets
  • Traditional roast chicken with sage and onion, game chips and watercress, Roast potatoes, cauliflower gratin and roasted carrots
  • Breast of chicken Chasseur in a classic white wine sauce with mushrooms and tarragon, Lyonnaise potatoes, French beans and baby carrots

Game dishes
