Finger Buffets

If you would like finger buffets for your event from Eclipse Catering as well as delicious food, we provide quality disposable trays, napkins and plates. If you wish we can also provide drinks packages which include tea and coffee, cakes and pastries, wine and beer. We also have uniformed waiting staff, as well as china and clear crockery for you to use.

Classic sandwich menu

  • Freshly made sandwiches and\or open rolls with your choice of fillings on soft white and seeded granary breads
  • One and a half rounds per person with kettle chips and olives
  • Egg and cress, Mature cheddar, Tuna mayonnaise, Cream cheese and cucumber, Honey basted ham, Roast turkey salad, Chicken bacon and lettuce

Luxury sandwich menu

  • Freshly made sandwiches and\or open rolls with your choice of fillings on soft white and seeded granary breads
  • One and a half rounds per person with kettle chips and olives
  • Smoked Scottish salmon, Tiger prawn, Mozzarella pesto and sun blush tomato, Roasted peppers with hummus, Roast beef, Coronation chicken, Hoi sin duck

  • Sausage rolls, Quiche, Filled vol au vents, Indian bite selection, Savoury wraps, honey chicken drumsticks

Contemporary finger menu

  • Freshly made sandwiches and ciabatta with your choice of fillings on soft white and seeded granary breads
  • One round per person with kettle chips and olives
  • Teriyaki chicken kebabs, Smoked mackerel pate, Ciabatta canape with salami, mozzarella, roasted peppers, sun dried tomato and artichoke hearts plus two items from the classic menu

  • King prawns in lemon and coriander, Salmon and sweet ginger brochettes, Smoked chicken mousse, Thai infused chicken kebabs, Foccacia with pesto Parma ham and peppers plus two items from the classic or contemporary menus

Platters

Serve between 10 – 15

  • Italian platter with a selection of Ciabatta and Foccacia breads topped with Milano salami, Parma ham, Roasted peppers, Sun dried tomatoes, Mozzarella and Artichoke hearts

  • Indian selection with vegetable samosas, pakora and bhajis
